Lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability in Burpengary, QLD. Coach and empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred outcomes in a values-driven setting.
Based in Burpengary, QLD.
Part-time (approximately 50 hours per fortnight)
Rotational roster (including time for administration)

Proven leadership in disability or community services
Solid coaching and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards
Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
