**Logistics Coordinator - Scoresby**

We are looking for an administration driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Scoresby, VIC. This role is a Permanent Part time role, 3 days a week. Days are open to discussion.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Coordinating between insurance companies and freight companies, and local clients, regarding damaged freight and raising claims
- Responsible for processing of international and local invoices, and purchase orders into the Indirect Purchasing system
- Follow up on overdue & outstanding invoices with accounts payable
- Follow up on any missing documents with the freight forwarders
- Preparing documents for exports and inter-departmental transfers
- Maintenance of the container schedule to confirm that all outstanding containers have been received
- Responsible for entering shipment information into Movex

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Experience in the Logistics area will be highly regarded
- Intermediate experience with Excel, spreadsheets,



basic formulas, and V look ups (Training will be provided)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Work well in a rapid-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a team environment but also working autonomously
