- Provide exceptional customer service, advice and guidance to clients who are looking to secure a home loan, and may be unsure as to the various / best options available for their individual financial situations.
- Analyse clients' financial status, discussing finance options
- Recommending lending solutions according to clients' needs
- Arrange home loan, commercial loan, asset finance and other types of finance for clients
- Preparing documents which set out the conditions of finance, repayments and loan periods
**To be considered for these opportunities you will need to have the following**:
- Have relevant Diploma or high qualification
- Minimum two years’ work experience as a lending specialist is required
- Passion for success in sale
- Exceptional customer service with a consultative / educational approach to sales
- High attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn various products and systems
- Impeccable communication both verbal and written
- Drive and motivation for team success in addition to individual success
- Banking and Finance knowledge and/or qualification is highly desirable
