Job Title: Deli Cafe Team Member

Location: Roselands Shopping Centre, Roselands

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Deli Cafe Team Member to join our vibrant team at our busy cafe in Roselands Shopping Centre. As a key part of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean and inviting environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages according to customer orders.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including food prep areas, dining area, and kitchen.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food and providing excellent customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Food safety certification is a plus (training may be provided).
