**The Opportunity**

WesCEF are going through a digital transformation, and this is a fantastic time for you to bring your Change Management skills!

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Create change artefacts (e.g. PowerPoint presentation slides, posters) for stakeholder engagement and enablement.
- Curate learning materials and Digital Adoption Platform content.
- Support delivery of training programs.
- Create and maintain appropriate channels and tools to support the change management activities of the ERP Program.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and engagement channels for maximum impact.
- Assist the Change Lead in evaluating and reporting on the impact of organisational change, identifying risks and resistance to change.
- Support business readiness action plan that addresses identified impacts and delivers outcomes.
- Provide reporting support in the form of input, collation,



and output of the change management reporting.

**About You**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in change management.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in change management, supporting change strategies and plans.
- Strong experience in projects, communications, change management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Skills in some of the following are highly desirable but not essential: SAP, SAP Enable Now, Power BI,
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
- Understanding of project management processes and phases.
