**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Category Manager - Operations, this role will see you manage procurement activity and category strategy across corporate expenditure, goods, and equipment. You’ll be responsible for delivering value-for-money outcomes, building solid supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities included:

- Develop and deliver strategic sourcing, category and contractor management plans.
- Lead Tender processes, negotiations and contract management to ensure sustainable outcomes.




- Build and maintain supplier relationships to support performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance, safety and risk frameworks.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and support the achievement of key business goals
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for commercial innovation.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3 + years’ experience in a commercial procurement role, ideally within an industrial or operational environment.
- Strong skills in strategic sourcing, category management and contract management.
- Effective negotiation, stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving strengths with a commercial mindset.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Engineering or similar (desirable professional memberships a plus).
- Confidence working across ERP and contract management systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle eBusiness, JDE or similar.
