True Powdercoating is looking for a reliable Factory Hand to join our team in Narangba, Brisbane QLD. This role will begin on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.
About the Role
As a Factory Hand, you will support the day-to-day operation of our powder coating facility. Key responsibilities include:
· Prepare items for painting by hanging jobs correctly.
· Pack completed jobs after painting.
· Complete job cards accurately.
· Enter customer orders into the system.
· Carry out general factory duties as required.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work workplace.
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have:
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
· A positive attitude and a willingness to work.
· Good judgment and the ability to work independently when needed.
· Reliability and punctuality.
· Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· The ability to perform well under pressure.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· A strong work ethic.
· Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
Training will be provided to help you build confidence and perform your day-to-day tasks effectively.
Previous powder coating experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Hours and Location
This role is based in Narangba, Brisbane QLD, and operates during business hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
