**Your Next Role**
We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team at Express Pallets. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in our fast-paced warehouse and logistics operations, helping us deliver high-quality pallet solutions.
As a valued team member, you will bring your forklift experience and teamwork mindset to ensure the safe movement, loading, and storage of our finished goods.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Safely and efficiently load trucks with finished pallets, securing loads with proper strapping to ensure secure delivery.
- Relocate and stack pallets throughout the warehouse and yard to support production and dispatch needs.
- Perform daily pre-start checks on your forklift and report any maintenance concerns.
- Accurately complete load manifests, checklists, and basic inventory paperwork.
- Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch team to meet daily targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture.
- Keep your workspace tidy and organised to minimise downtime and support efficient operations.
**About you**
- Proven experience as a skilled and responsible forklift operator.
- Experience in the pallet industry or manufacturing would be advantageous.
- Current Forklift License
- Truck loading experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working in high speed work environment
- Depending on the role/area there will be the requirement to work varying rosters/shifts/rotating shifts.
