Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Crows Nest (Opening Soon)
Step into a leadership role with one of Australia’s fastest growing hospitality brands. Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in Crows Nest and we are looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to help bring it to life.
Start straight away by training in an existing Yo-Chi store, learning our culture, systems, and standards, while playing a key role in recruiting and building your brand new Crows Nest team ahead of opening. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the ground up, shaping the team, setting the tone, and launching an incredible new venue.

What you will be doing
- Train in an established Yo-Chi venue to learn operations and leadership
- Support the opening of Yo-Chi Crows Nest including recruiting, onboarding, and training the team
- Lead shifts with energy and confidence, delivering standout guest experiences
- Coach and develop a high-performing, engaged team
- Maintain service, quality, safety, and brand standards
- Manage labour and costs to contribute to venue performance
- Build connections in the local community to grow Yo-Chi’s presence
What we are looking for
- Leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Experience in stock ordering, rostering, cash handling, and working towards KPIs
- Confident managing daily operations and performance
- Adaptable, resilient, and excited by the pace of a new venue opening
