**About Us**:
Cohort Coffee Roasters is an award-winning coffee roastery out of Sydney’s Sutherland shire. Off the back of the cult following of our Flagship Bondi café, we are now expanding into Crows Nest where we will be bringing the same amazing coffee and food offering coupled with the friendly service you have come to expect from Cohort.
We are looking for a Café Manager to open Crows Nest with us and become a staple of the Crows Nest community. With the café only meters from the brand-new Crows Nest Metro station, expect a fast paced, fun environment. Serving premium food and beverages to dine in customers or from the takeaway window to commuters on the go, our staff will be top of their game, industry leaders.
Backed by the support of Café Franchise Group,
the Manager role will have all the support required to ensure a successful venue (Group Executive Chef to guide the kitchen, Head of Coffee to ensure Baristas are skilled) however we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership and make the role their own.
