**Position Descriptor**:
Loxton High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our Independent Learning Centre team, 2 days per week (negotiable).

This role focuses on providing student-centred learning for students enrolled in our Tailored Learning program.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement personalised learning plans to meet individual student needs.
- Support students with complex needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Enhance literacy and numeracy skills through innovative teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, case managers, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary.
