**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive leadership and support to the Administration & Customer Service team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure data integrity and optimisation across our websites.
- Manage online order processing, follow-ups, quotation generation, returns, and other critical operational tasks.
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of daily processes and procedures within the eCommerce department.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer service matters.
- Undertake general office administration and other duties and tasks as required to support the team's success.

**To Excel in This Role, You Will Bring**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior customer service position, ideally at a Team Leader level or higher.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think clearly, identify urgent priorities, and act decisively.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and scheduling workloads effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- A tech-savvy approach, comfortable operating in a digital-first, paperless environment.




- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Certain extra skills and qualifications will be highly regarded:

- Previous experience within the eCommerce industry.
- Product knowledge in lighting and air movement.
- Proficiency with sales processing and dispatch software.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP.
