Experience:
We seek a Retail Pharmacy Assistant who can step into this role and hit the ground running. Your previous experience within a Pharmacy or Retail environment will be highly favorable.
You will be joining a highly motivated, successful team that provides outstanding service to this growing community pharmacy to achieve company, store,
and individual goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist Pharmacists in accepting Patients' Prescriptions
- Assist the pharmacist with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting the Retail manager with day-to-day shop duties
- Ensure Displays and shelves are clean, tidy, ticketed, and merchandised
- Increasing the store revenue by driving sales
- Processing sales at the register
- Answer customer queries
- Deal with customer complaints
- Unpack deliveries and stock shelves
- Keep the store presentable and inviting
- Assist other staff members
- Comply with Chemist Discount Centre standards and the store's policies and procedures (QCPP)
