As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to help shape and grow our digital presence, community engagement and brand storytelling across key social platforms.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and strategically minded Social Media & Community Manager to lead the day-to-day management and growth of Moments’ social media channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social-first marketing, digital culture and audience engagement and can translate trends and insights into meaningful content and community growth.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute platform strategies, manage content calendars, oversee content production and drive engagement across Instagram and TikTok. While hands-on content creation is part of the role, the primary focus is social media strategy, platform management and brand growth.
This is not a “post and schedule” social media role; you will develop social content concepts and shoot and edit high-performing short-form video content for organic and paid media. You will be responsible for publishing organic content on Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Moments’ social media channels
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity
- Optimise content performance through platform best practices
Strategy and Planning
- Support the execution of Moments’ social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
- Identify emerging social trends, platform updates and audience opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives
Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs and tagged content daily
- Engage with audience to build brand loyalty and drive conversation
- Respond to customer enquiries in line with brand guidelines
- Proactively interact with creators, partners and customers
- Escalate customer service or reputation issues when required
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on key social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, growth and conversions
- Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for optimisation
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry activity
- Support testing of new formats, campaigns and growth initiatives
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Coordinate and support content shoots and creative productions.
- Brief and manage external creators, videographers or designers where required
- Capture and edit social-first content for organic and paid channels
- Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives
Influencer & UGC Management
- Source and outreach to micro and nano-influencers.
- Coordinate gifting, briefs and content approvals
- Track influencer deliverables and performance
- Repurpose UGC across brand channels
- Maintain influencer and creator database
Platform & Trend Optimisation
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm updates and trends
- Test new content formats and growth tactics
- Optimise captions and posting times
- Monitor competitors and identify whitespace opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 4+ years experience in social media management, digital marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form content trends
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Excellent designing skills on adobe, canva and other platforms.
- Experience using social scheduling, reporting and analytics platforms
- Comfortable creating and editing social content when required
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
- Experience working with influencers or UGC campaigns is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing brand environment

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
