For Hotel ON-SITE Manager to oversee operations for a country pub. A permanent Full-Time role for one person or a couple within a lovely community-focused establishment
Requires: Experience in bar, gaming, and hospitality management with solid leadership skills.
Salary guide: 73K+ (depends on experience) + Accommodation + Meals
Location: Wondai, QLD, 4606
Your daily duties will involve:
Overseeing daily bar, restaurant, accommodation and gaming operations.
Opening & closing and clearance.
Supervising and training bar staff, ensure all staff work as team.
Ensuring high operational standards and exceptional customer service.
Managing budgets and controlling costs to meet financial targets.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Collaborating with owner for operational strategies.
Mandatory Qualifications:
RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Approved Manager’s License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling):
Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
Note: If you do not currently hold all the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
