**Pay**: $35-$38 per hour plus super

Are you an experienced early learning professional who’s ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and helping to build a successful business?
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Bondi Junction - Oxford Street North, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.
**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Goodstart Bondi Junction - Oxford Street West is a 65 place childcare centre conveniently located on Level 6 of the Bondi Westfield Shopping Centre, with easy access to the Bondi Junction Terminal for those families who commute into the city as well as servicing the neighbouring suburbs of Woollahra, Tamarama and Edgecliff. We also have designated parking spaces allocated to our centre to enable a safe drop off for families. Our centre is secure and accessible with a pin code that is given only to our parents.
