**Position Descriptor**:
The Youth Worker is a member of the Wellbeing and Engagement Team and under the direct supervision of the Assistant Principal: Conditions for Learning. This position is not directly aligned to Switch (site-based Tailored Learning program) but will work in partnership with the Case Manager Tailored Learning Provision. The Youth Worker will work with the Wellbeing and Engagement Team fostering an workplace aligned to our School Vision and Values, resulting in timely and effective wellbeing services to students of Mitcham Girls High School. Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent.
