Do you want to work with world famous cruise lines such as Disney Cruise Line, Silversea Cruises, Azamara Club Cruises?
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services are looking for Customer Service Agents to assist with cruise ship turnaround days (the day on which one cruise finishes and the next one begins). We provide services such as check-in, directional, meet & greet, hospitality desk service and airport meet & greet.
Our Customer Service Agents are the face of the cruise line and form the seamless link between land and ship. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced and vibrant work environment where no two days are the same.

Along with your excellent communication skills, you’ll need to have a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality. You also need to be comfortable with basic technology as you’ll be checking-in guests with iPads, scanning their travel documents and verifying their vaccination status - all with a smile on your face while letting them know they’re about to embark on the holiday of a lifetime!
