About Our Centre: Located in Brisbane’s Bayside area, Busy Bees at Montessori Tingalpa is a beautiful 75-place centre that provides Montessori education to children aged 15 months to 6 years. What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a Service Manager who will be the driving force behind our teams, ensuring we deliver outstanding care and educational outcomes while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)- First Aid Certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, including team management, operations, budgeting, and resource allocation- Strong understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the wider community- A collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a leadership role such as Service Manager or Centre Director- Experience with financial planning and budgeting- Familiarity with management software for reporting, communication, and operations
