What we do:
We treat patients from the general population, from all backgrounds and age groups with all types of injuries and conditions. Each clinic has its own mix and flavor. Each Physio has their own niche(s) that we promote.

Our locations:
We currently have clinics in:
- Berala (inside Berala Medical Clinic)
- Kingsgrove (Flagship clinic)
- Tempe (on Princes Hwy)

Our main Practice Principles:
- We are hands-on & exercise based,
- We treat the root cause(s) not just the symptoms
- We do not use machines!
- Our focus is on active treatments & self management strategies,
- The less we see a Patient, the better!

We are growing, so we need more hands!

The Details:
- We are offering a Part-time or Full-time role (20-38hrs per week) to a Physiotherapist across our Kingsgrove, Berala & Tempe clinics. Potential to work across all our clinics for greater exposure.

- The Kingsgrove clinic is our main clinic with a power rack, cable machine, treadmill and an assault bike, amongst other exercise equipment. This clinic is in its growth phase.

- The Berala clinic is located inside a Medical clinic which has a large treatment area and exercise equipment including a weights bench and cable machine etc for rehab exercises. The clinic is about 10 years old.





- The Tempe clinic is in growth phase. Opened this year in a excellent location.

- Pay: Base rate of $36-46 per hour including super (71K -91K + super) depending on level of experience. Commissions/Incentive pay structures available, depending on experience.

- Annual Professional development allowance available.

- Training & frequent Mentoring will be provided of course to settle you into the role depending on your experience and exposure.

- Training on developing a Personal Brand via social media is done as an investment.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous Private Practice experience but New Grads also welcome to apply
- Needs good hand-on skills and be proficient in exercise prescription.
- Must be a good communicator, educator, motivator and coach to achieve results.
- Must be obsessed as we are and has a genuine passion for their work.
- Has the ability and energy to create and maintain their caseloads with the assistance of the team.
- Has an area of interest/niche(s) that they and the team can help grow.
- Is willing to learn (and teach) and grow with the team for the long haul.
- Is comfortable infront of a camera

Essential Requirements:
- Australian Tertiary Degree
- Private Practice experience
- AHPRA Registration
- SIRA Accreditation
- Medicare Provider number - to be able to use HICAPS
- Qualified Indemnity Insurance

Expected Start Date: March/April 2026

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $77,459.00 – $97,377.00 per year
