What You’ll Be Working With

Based at the Brendale site, you’ll be part of a team producing high-demand construction materials, including:

- Tile installation systems (adhesives, grouts, waterproofing solutions)
- Decorative and façade protection products
- Technical mortars and cement-based solutions used in large-scale builds

⚠️ Good to Know: This is a dusty, hands-on manufacturing environment . You’ll be working with powdered materials like cement and mortar, and wearing PPE—including a respirator mask—is a standard part of the role.

Responsibilities

As a Process Operator , you’ll be at the heart of the operation—keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a physically active role where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll be involved in manufacturing, packaging, machinery operation, tank farm oversight, and logistics , ensuring products are produced, stored, and handled to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling and working with cement, mortar, and raw powdered materials
- Filling, sealing,



and preparing product bags for distribution
- Repacking and organising raw and finished goods
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and blending equipment
- Overseeing tank farm operations , including monitoring levels, transfers, and safe handling of liquid raw materials used in production
- Coordinating safe movement of materials between storage tanks and production lines
- Using forklifts to move materials safely across the site
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a dust-heavy environment

Following strict safety procedures and wearing required PPE at all times

Your Profile

Who You Are

You’re reliable, safety-focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You understand what it means to work in a production environment and take pride in doing things the right way.

You’re comfortable with physical work, working in dusty conditions, and wearing protective gear—it’s all part of delivering a job well done. You’re also confident working around Dry materials , ensuring protected handling across all stages of production.

What You’ll Bring

- Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
- Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment

- Experience or confidence working around tank farms (highly regarded)
- Willingness to wear full PPE, including a respirator mask

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol test

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and reliability
