**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic **Allied Health Assistant s(Lifestyle Officers)** to join our CO-ACT team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lifestyle Activity Coordinator to plan and deliver group sessions that focus on supporting and maintaining the functional abilities of our patients. With a patient-centred approach, you'll help create engaging, meaningful activities that promote social connection, independence, and enjoyment for older adults across our service.

Working on a flexible **_7-day roster_**, you will primarily facilitate group-based programs while also collaborating with allied health professionals to deliver targeted care as needed. **About You**

We are looking for dedicated and proactive Allied Health Assistants (Lifestyle Officers) who bring a collaborative approach and a commitment to quality care. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

- **Commitment to Skilled Growth**: Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and a dedication to following policies and procedures that ensure safe, ethical, and confidential care.
- **Relevant Experience and Knowledge**: Experience in a service environment with knowledge of community services, welfare benefits, and resources, along with an understanding of patient confidentiality and ethical practices.
