**Support Worker / Mentor - Casual | 20-30 hrs/week**

We’re on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and person-centred Support Workers/Mentors to join our growing team at **Creating Care Links**—a trusted NDIS provider specialising in **Supported Independent Living**and **Community Participation**.

This specific job is for 20 hours per week guaranteed, supporting a 55 Y/O male in Werrington. he has a passion for music and loves playing the drums. Must speak English and very clearly. Permenent Shifts are as below, so must be within your availability:
Saturday evening 8:30pm-10:30pm

Sunday evening 8:30pm-10:30pm

Monday evening 8:30pm-10:30pm

Wednesday morning 9:30am-11:30am

Wednesday evening 8:30pm-10:30pm

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing **community-based support (CP)** across Sydney—empowering participants to engage socially, build skills, and work towards their NDIS goals.
- Picking up shifts at our welcoming **SIL home**, including **3:00-11:00pm + sleepover** opportunities.
- Supporting participants with dignity, compassion, and a focus on independence and growth
- Providing drop in support for participant in Werrington. 5 days a week,



2 hour shifts.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in disability or community support Essential.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A genuine, person-centred approach to care.
- Flexibility and commitment—especially for afternoon and sleepover shifts.
- Must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a reliable vehicle for CP shifts.
