**Job Title**: Support Worker - Werrington, Blackett & Surrounding Areas

**About the Role**
We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and start **as soon as possible**. You will be providing support to multiple clients in the Werrington, Blackett, and surrounding suburbs, helping them live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

This role involves **weekday work**, with a strong preference for **Monday mornings** (approximately 3 hours per service). Additional weekday shifts may be available depending on client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide domestic assistance, personal care, and community access in line with individual care plans
- Support clients with activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Transport clients to appointments, social outings, or community activities (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

**Requirements**:





- Must speak **English or Spanish** fluently (bilingual skills highly regarded)
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community services preferred
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality care
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
