**The Role**

Join a well-coordinated care team supporting a long-term NDIS participant with complex neurological and psychosocial support needs. You’ll provide a mix of:

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Emotional support and companionship
- Domestic assistance and community access
- Safe manual handling and documentation
- Note: This role involves personal care for a female participant who has requested a female support worker._

**You’ll be excellent in this role if you have**
- Experience in mental health support (psychosocial disability)
- NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle
- Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR




- Reliable availability in the Drummoyne area

**Highly regarded**
- Experience supporting people living with schizophrenia
- Manual Handling and Behaviour Support training
- Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
