We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Content Specialist with a strong focus on Employment Relations to join our dynamic and growing Content team in Australia. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the creation, accuracy and quality of our employment law content. You will ensure it is legally sound, commercially relevant and easily understandable for our diverse client base. You will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy and ensuring Peninsula remains a leading voice in providing expert employment law guidance. What you’ll be doing: Identify emerging legal trends and develop proactive content plans to address them. Oversee the creation of a wide range of content formats, including: articles, guides, templates, FAQs, webinars and video scripts. Ensure all content is accurate, commercially sound and written in a clear, concise and accessible style. Maintain a deep understanding of Australian employment law, including Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, awards, and state-specific legislation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all ER content. Lead the editorial process for all employment relations content, including planning, commissioning, writing, editing, proofreading, and quality control. What you’ll bring:
2 years experience in legal content creation and editing, with a focus in employment relations. Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB or equivalent) would be highly regarded. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy coupled with great researching and analytical capability. Proven ability to translate complex legal information into clear, concise and accessible language for a non-legal audience. Why Peninsula?
