About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our NT team in Alice Springs. You’ll oversee multiple domestic insurance repair jobs, ensuring smooth delivery, quality workmanship and positive customer experiences.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Conduct site inspections & provide accurate estimates

- Prepare reports, quotes & insurance assessments

- Coordinate trades, suppliers & schedules

- Communicate with clients, insurers & internal teams

- Ensure compliance, safety & KPI performance

- Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurer platforms

- Occasional travel during major weather events

About you:

- Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)

- QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)

- Experience in supervision, estimating & insurance repairs

- Strong organisation, communication & time management skills

- Tech-savvy with repair systems & Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of NCC,



QBCC & WHS standards

- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

- Safety and customer experience driven
