Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist with payment submissions and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
2. Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations team
3. Support TMF (Trial Master File) document uploading and filing in line with company standards
4. Maintain and organise study and operational documents with strong attention to detail
5. Assist with office asset management, including tracking laptops and equipment
6. Support new starter onboarding logistics (e.g. equipment coordination, document setup)
7. Help monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation
8. Prepare and format reports, trackers, and internal documents
9. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes
10.



Support ad hoc tasks as required to assist project and office operations

About you:

1. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
2. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
3. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
5. Interest in clinical research, healthcare, or administration (preferred)
6. Sydney-based; able to work at least 2-3 days a week
