Hometown Australia is seeking an experienced and adaptable Relief Community Manager to support our residential communities while Community Managers are on leave. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and making a positive impact in community living.

About the Role:
You’ll step in to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our communities, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and maintaining high operational, financial,



and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide temporary management across multiple communities as required

- Manage daily operations, administration, and financial processes

- Assist in any home sales activity at each location

- Support resident engagement, communications, and events

- Conduct property inspections and resolve operational issues

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and contractors

About You:

- Previous experience in community, property, or residential site management

- Strong administrative and financial skills

- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

- Adaptable, adaptable, and willing to travel

- Professional, calm, and customer‑focused approach
