The Role (What You’ll Be Doing) Reporting to the Store Manager, you are the face of our Brookvale retail store.



This is a hands-on role where you will:

- Drive Sales: Handle high-volume over-the-counter and phone transactions for our trade and DIY customers.
- Provide Expert Advice: Listen to the customer’s needs and recommend the right gear for the job.
- Campaign & Promo: Actively promote our latest trade offers, special campaigns, and product launches.
- Store Presentation: Take pride in your store. You’ll manage merchandising and ensure our retail displays are stocked and looking sharp.
- Achieve Targets: Contribute to hitting branch sales goals while maintaining top-tier customer service standards.

About You
You don’t need to be a retail veteran, but you do need to know your way around a job site.

- The Background: Experience in retail sales, customer service, OR a trade-related role (tradies looking to transition off the tools are highly encouraged to apply!).
- The Sales Mindset: You’re competitive, motivated by targets, and love the "win" of closing a deal.
- The Vibe: You’re a "people person" who can talk shop with a chippie one minute and explain technical specs to a purchasing officer the next.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time.
