About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and creating outstanding guest experiences. You will:
- Promote and sell Toyota’s range of recent vehicles, accessories, and warranties
- Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations and presentations
- Engage warmly with walk-in and phone enquiry guests
- Understand buying motivations and tailor solutions accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow up consistently
- Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and networking
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve dealership targets
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience that exceeds customer expectations
Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is driven to succeed. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous automotive sales experience or a strong sales background with proven results (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High motivation, ambition, and a results-driven mindset
- Solid computer skills and attention to detail
- QLD Driver’s Licence (C Class) and Motor Vehicle Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
