Our Bentleigh Childcare Centre is opening soon, and we are looking for passionate and dedicated early childhood professionals to join our growing team.

**Centre Director**
As Centre Director, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality early education and care. You will foster solid connections with families, educators, and the local community, while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a culture of collaboration and wellbeing.

**What You'll Bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and NQF
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills




- A genuine passion for creating safe, inspiring learning environments

**Assistant Director / 2IC**
As Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support day-to-day operations, mentor educators, and maintain a high standard of care and education. You will be a positive role model who helps nurture a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

**What You'll Bring**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Leadership experience or experience in a senior educator role
- Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, supportive, and positive approach to teamwork
