We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Cafe All-Rounder to join our team in Ringwood East. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced cafe environment and has some barista experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making coffee and assisting with basic barista duties

- Taking customer orders and providing great customer service

- Food preparation and plating simple cafe meals

- Operating POS and handling payments

- Maintaining cleanliness of dining area, kitchen and coffee station

- Assisting with opening and closing duties





- Washing dishes and general cafe support when required

Requirements:

- Previous cafe or hospitality experience preferred

- Basic barista skills and ability to make coffees during busy periods

- Positive attitude and good communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Availability on weekends is a bonus
