Redcliffe Pooch Parlour is opening on the peninsula to meet the growing demand from one of Queensland's most dog-loving communities — and we're looking for an experienced Senior Groomer to help us lead it.

We're building a premium salon that genuinely puts dog welfare first — a calm, caring environment where gentle handling isn't just encouraged, it's the standard. The Role

As Salon Lead, you'll:

- Groom to a high professional standard across all breeds

- Deliver consistent breed-standard finishing and scissoring quality

- Champion gentle, dog-first handling in everything you do

- Mentor and support junior groomers

- Help coordinate daily workflow and scheduling

- Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat business





- Play an active role in delivering the Redcliffe Pooch Parlour standard every single day

The Salon

You'll work from a brand-new, fully equipped facility with:

- Electric lift grooming tables

- Professional hydrobath systems

- No wire cages — ever. Our dogs wait in premium climate-controlled smart cabins with fresh air systems and 24-hour monitoring.

- Climate-controlled grooming stations

- Booking and POS systems

- Full marketing and brand support

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of qualified grooming experience

- Strong scissoring and finishing skills across breeds

- A genuine commitment to gentle, stress-free handling

- Leadership experience (preferred but not essential)

- Great client communication and professional presentation

- Someone who wants to help build something — not just fill a position
