We are seeing an experienced Sonographer to join our Maroochydore team on a permanent full-time basis.

n

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Sonographer who enjoys variety, values collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care across a broad range of examinations.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will perform a diverse range of ultrasound studies while contributing to outstanding patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including general, small parts, musculoskeletal, obstetric, and vascular studies
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining comfort, dignity, and confidentiality
- Ensuring high standards of image quality, diagnostic accuracy, and ultrasound safety
- Managing workflow efficiently while working both independently and collaboratively
- Working closely with radiologists, referrers, and the wider clinical team
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence

To be successful, you will bring:

- Current ASAR accreditation (or eligibility)
- Demonstrated experience in general sonography
- Proven competency in musculoskeletal and vascular imaging
- Experience across general, small parts, obstetric, and vascular examinations
- Strong understanding of ultrasound safety, protocols, and best practice
- Excellent attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reliability, adaptability, and flexibility in a busy clinical environment
