About the Role
This hands-on role reporting to the Parks Supervisor works within a small team and is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the City's parks, open spaces and streetscapes. This includes manual labour such as mowing, whipper snipping, edging, general gardening, planting, weed spraying and pruning.
About you
We’re seeking a safety conscious team player who enjoys working outdoors and has previous experience working in a landscaping/parks maintenance role.
Besides demonstrated experience, you’ll need to have:
- MR Drivers Licence
- Construction Safety (White Card)
- Chainsaw Operation ticket
- Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles

Salary and Benefits: Starting from Level 4 Step 1 ($72,810) of the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
