About the role—This is a casual role based in Louth Bay, SA.

We are looking for an Operator to join our team at the land-based aquaculture facilities at Louth Bay. This includes care of ponds, system maintenance, data collection and entry, harvesting and processing seaweed.

This is a hands-on role involving both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions (sun/rain).

About you:

You’re passionate about joining a team that’s creating a better world by addressing climate change.



You are comfortable working in a high-paced, dynamic start-up – we’re talking climate emergency.

The most important thing is a can-do attitude and a commitment to doing good work.

You will have basic computer literacy skills (email, excel etc.)

Experience in growing and processing environments will be advantageous (aquaculture, farming, factory processing).

Importantly, like us, you’ll care about the planet and make a better world for people to live in.

Key Requirements:

- Full working rights in Australia (for a minimum 6 months).

- Full Driver’s License.

- Capable of working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
