Summary

As the Senior Casino Operations Manager, you play a critical leadership role in driving the overall success of the Table Games and Slot departments. Your expertise in casino operations and deep knowledge of the gaming industry position you as a key decision‑maker responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and profitable performance. Beyond managing day‑to‑day operations, you are a catalyst for innovation, bringing forward recent ideas to attract and retain guests while continuously elevating the overall guest experience and enhancing the casino’s competitive edge.

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance, engagement, and alignment with company standards and service excellence.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by translating organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring team alignment, accountability, and timely delivery under the guidance of division leadership.
- Establish and uphold service standards within assigned department(s), ensuring consistent delivery that meets or exceeds guest expectations and operational goals.
- Monitor and oversee Slot and Table Games departments, ensuring optimal game utilization, service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Participate in and support the property’s MOD (Manager on Duty) program, acting as a point of contact for escalated guest and employee issues.
- Respond to guest and team member concerns on the casino floor,



making timely and appropriate resolution decisions.
- Conduct floor inspections to ensure cleanliness, guest engagement, staff attentiveness, and service excellence.
- Lead and support training initiatives for department management teams to drive performance and alignment with operational goals.
- Ensure safeguarding of casino assets and alignment with corporate security protocols.
- Oversee payroll and related administrative duties to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- 3‑5 years of casino operations experience including roles in Slot and Table Games departments.
- Proven track record of effective decision‑making under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflict across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt leadership style to support changing business needs and team dynamics.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high‑performing workplace culture.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and drive results.
- Demonstrated proficiency in guest service, operational integrity, and compliance protocols.




- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with pit player tracking systems or casino management systems preferred.

Requirements

- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in hospitality, business, or related field.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

- Occasionally push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
- Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist.
- Regularly sit and work at a desk or computer.
- Frequently stand and walk throughout the property.
- Ability to communicate using in‑person speech, radios, and telephone.
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person.
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color.
- Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
