As a Caravan Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales in our Crusader and Dream Haven Dealership . This full-time position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry at the Biggest dealership on the Fraser Coast that now sells Crusader and Dream Haven Caravans as well as Hyundai, Ford, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Chery, Subaru, LDV, Renault, Deepal, Foton and BYD and Used Cars.

What you'll be doing

Join our thriving Mainevent RV Centre team in Hervey Bay Queensland as a full-time Caravan Sales Consultant at our Crusader and Dream Haven Dealership. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating our premium range of caravans, and closing sales to contribute to the company's continued growth.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clientsn
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of our caravan models to prospective buyers
n
- Identifying customer needs and guiding them towards the ideal caravan solution
n
- Finalising sales transactions and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience
n
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed on industry trends
n
- Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote our caravan range
n
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve department targets
n
What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience, preferably within the caravan, RV or automotive industry
- An engaging and customer-focused communication stylen
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales
n
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match vehicles to customer needs
- A positive, driven and resilient mindset to overcome objections and achieve targets
- A keen interest in the caravan and RV lifestyle

- Willingness to attend Caravan shows in the area that will allow you to earn excellent commissions
