We have an excellent opportunity for a FRACGP/FACRRM General Practitioner to join an experienced team of GPs in Grafton, NSW. We currently have space for a General Practitioner who interested in working at a busy practice and has strong interest in Chronic Disease Management.

Ochre Medical Centre Grafton is a large and spacious medical centre, which is nestled right in front of the beautiful Clarence River. This practice has onsite Pathology, onsite Pharmacy, Allied Health & Visiting Specialists and enormous treatment room for minor procedures. In addition, our nursing team is available to support immunizations, vaccinations, BP monitoring, women health, health assessments & chronic disease management.

With the current GPs’ patient books full, we have a vital need for a GP to join the practice and support the community of Grafton.

General Practice Information:

n

- Opportunity available to supervise registrars and Non-VR GPs
- High billing practice ($445p/hr) due to high patient demand in the region
- Introductory % of billings – 75% for the first 3 month
- After the first 3 months, 65% of billings – GPs bill at their own discretion
- $25k incentive payment paid on commencement
- DPA and MM3 location in NSW
- Practice hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
- 1 dedicated nurse for every 2 doctor at the practice

- On and off-site operational and clinical management support
- Practice is supported by visiting Specialists & Allied Health, and Registered Nurses to assist with CDM, immunizations and women’s health
- We track better patient health outcomes and better patient satisfaction scores
- Patient demographic is wide-ranging with around 10% identifying as first nation people
- Relocation assistance available if needed

- Grafton has a population just under 20,000 population while the Clarence Valley of which Grafton is the main service centre is close to 55,000 in population
- Airports – 1hr drive from Coffs Harbour Airport, 1.5hr drive from Ballina Airport and 2hr drive from Gold Coast Airport,

General Practitioner Experience:n

- Currently a FRACGP or FACRRM Fellow – (AHPRA Vocational Registration) is highly desirable
- Interested in health outcomes and Chronic Disease Management
