AME assist our clients in meeting regulatory requirements for their plant and equipment. Due to continued growth and demand for our services, AME are looking for a suitably experienced mobilisation coordinator.
About the Role
Reporting to the Kalgoorlie Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mobilising our workforce across various mining work sites throughout the gold fields region. The role involves coordination of projects and management of the business resourcing schedule, with a robust organisational and communication background required. The role is dynamic and solutions-driven, within a fun and supportive working environment. This is a residential based position, and candidates must reside in Kalgoorlie.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling inspection workforce
Client liaison
Preparing quotations, managing budgets and invoicing
Managing the full mobilisation and demobilisation process for projects
Booking medicals & training, overseeing workforce qualifications register and licences
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in mobilisation and project coordination roles
Excellent people management skills
Excellent project coordination skills and the ability effectively manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Organised and always meets deadlines.
