About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Event Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, with interstate opportunities. This fast-paced, hands-on role places you at the centre of planning and delivering events on site, working closely with the team to support clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staff rosters, briefings, and event schedules
Provide quotes and detailed briefs to supervisors, ensuring staff inductions and toolbox talks are completed
Manage equipment and consumables to keep events fully prepared
Monitor on-site staff during events, resolving issues quickly
Contribute to post-event debriefs and reporting to drive continuous improvement
Deliver excellent communication and customer service to event clients




Promote AGC's sustainability values across all event operations
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in event, hospitality, venue or operations coordination
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients
Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, on-call roster, and weekends
Current driver's licence required; forklift licence desirable
