As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Supervisor.

As a Host/Supervisor at MOB Camberwell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and overseeing the overall flow of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth and timely service by coordinating with kitchen and waitstaff.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.




- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
