You’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end, with the autonomy to run it well and the support to make it easier.

- Build strong, genuine relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections with care and attention
- Coordinate maintenance efficiently with trusted trades
- Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews confidently
- Handle VCAT matters when required
- Ensure compliance with VIC legislation

ABOUT YOU
n
You know what you’re doing — and you care about doing it well.
n
- 1–2 years’ experience in property management
- Solid understanding of VIC tenancy legislation
- Transparent, calm communicator
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Agent’s Rep Certificate (or working towards it)
- Driver’s licence reliable car
