**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our energetic team on a **permanent full time basis**. This role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about real estate, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in both traditional and digital marketing channels. As the Marketing and Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our sales and property management teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Yard Property’s listings and services.
- Manage and create content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives within the real estate industry and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Organise and support company and community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Assist with property & corporate copywriting & proofreading.




- Develop & implement new marketing campaigns and projects to increase new consumer engagement and improve brand awareness.
- Maintain corporate sponsorship relationships.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Qualification in Graphic Design or Marketing.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail and valuable team player.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.
- A positive, friendly personality with pride in professional personal presentation.
- Work to an ideal week yet be open and flexible to unpredictable urgent tasks.
- Must be able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage your workload.
- Immediate start highly desirable.
