The Role

We are looking for an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

- Surface preparation (grinding, repairs, cleaning)

- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings and sealers

- Managing materials and job setup

- Maintaining high-quality finishes and attention to detail

- Working across a range of job sites





- Liaising with clients when required

About You

We're looking for someone who wants a long-term role and is willing to learn and improve.

Australian permanent residency is required for this position.

You will have:

- Robust work ethic and reliability

- Attention to detail and pride in your work

- Ability to work in a team workplace

- Physically fit and capable of manual work

- Valid Class C driver's licence is required

Required:

- Experience in coating application (e.g. painting, epoxy, concrete coatings, spray applications, waterproofing, or similar)

- Minimum 6-12 months experience in coating application is required

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience in epoxy flooring

- Trade background
