Procare’s Factual Investigation Division are seeking multiple TAC Factual Investigators to join our expanding team in Melbourne and across Victoria! As a TAC Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for experienced TAC Investigators.
The Role

- Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
- Hold a current Working with Children Check;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- Experience conducting TAC investigations is mandatory;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
