A growing, West Perth-based Accounting and Advisory firm with international reach is seeking aManager - Tax & Business Services to join its experienced and collaborative team. The firm delivers high-quality tax, compliance, and strategic advice to a broad range of private clients, SMEs, and startups.

This is a leadership role with direct exposure to senior management, offering a mix of client responsibility, team oversight, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

- Directly report to the Associate Directors and Managing Director
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Manage BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and other statutory compliance
- Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Allocate, review, and manage the workflow of 2–3 junior accountants
- Mentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomes

About You

- 5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory
- Confident communicator and trusted client liaison
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
- At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable)
- SMSF knowledge (desirable)
