The Opportunity

n

Our client, a prominent and rapidly expanding telco, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a major fibre operations program. Reporting to the Head of Fibre Operations, you’ll oversee program schedules, reporting, risks, and stakeholder communications across delivery partners and customers, with the support of a dedicated internal team.

Key Responsibilities

n

• Manage end-to-end fibre project schedules, budgets, and reporting.

n

- Drive stakeholder and vendor engagement to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee governance, risk management, and change control processes.
- Approve completions and invoices, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Conduct site visits, maintaining WHS standards and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational delivery issues.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience managing fibre construction programs.

n

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Office suite).
- Knowledge of WHS requirements for field operations.
- Experience with land access and permitting processes.
