About the Role

nWe are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This is a key front-of-house role, responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.n

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
n
Managing appointments and patient bookings
n
Handling phone enquiries and emails
n
Processing billing, Medicare, and EFTPOS transactions
n
Maintaining accurate patient records
n




Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
n

nEssential Requirementsn

n
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
n
Proficiency in Best Practice software (essential)
n
Experience with Gentu (essential)
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
n
Professional presentation and a caring attitude
n
